Wanted to have upstairs and downstairs furnaces checked out before the winter heating season. Technician showed up when I was told to expect him. Gave the furnaces a full checkout and provided a full report on both. And the price was reasonable.

City inspections on new heating and air-conditioning system.
Came out perform a diagnostics on AC equipment. Upstairs unit was not cooling. Found bad capacitor and low on freon. Performed repairs and and unit is now working properly.
Drywall patching after installing new duct
Installation of all new duct work formaldehyde free duct, UV reflective barrier r6. Dry wall work.
Installation of new high efficiency heating and AC equipment. Also replacement of duct work to help improve air flow and cooling capacity of unit.
